1. What is Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Cash on Delivery (COD) is a payment method that allows you to pay for your order in cash when it is delivered to your address. You don't need to pay anything upfront, and you only pay when the delivery is made. This option gives you extra security and peace of mind, as you can inspect your items before completing the payment.


2. How long will it take for my order to arrive?

We aim to deliver all orders within 2 business days from the moment your order is confirmed. This timeline applies to most locations in Eastern Europe. However, external factors like weather, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances may sometimes cause minor delays.


3. Do you charge for shipping?

No, we offer free delivery on all orders! There are no hidden shipping fees, so the price you see when ordering is the price you pay.


4. What happens if I'm not home when the delivery arrives?

If you're not home when the delivery arrives, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you via phone or SMS. They will arrange a second delivery attempt at a more convenient time, or you may be able to pick up your order from a local pickup point depending on your location.


5. What if I’m not satisfied with my order?

We take great pride in the quality of our products, but if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. We'll assist you with a return or exchange as per our return policy. Please make sure the items are unused and in their original condition.


6. Can I change my delivery address after placing the order?

If you need to change your delivery address, please contact us as soon as possible after placing the order. We will try to accommodate your request as long as the order has not already been dispatched. After dispatch, we cannot guarantee any changes to the delivery address.


7. What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

If you notice any issues with your order (damaged items, missing items, incorrect products), please contact us immediately at info@olivor.com . We’ll work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible and ensure your satisfaction.


13. Can I cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we can cancel it upon request. Once the order has been shipped, we are unable to cancel it. In that case, you can return the product following our return policy after receiving it.


14. Is there a minimum order amount?

No, there is no minimum order amount. Whether you’re ordering a single product or multiple items, you can take advantage of our free delivery and enjoy our Cash on Delivery service.


15. Can I order multiple items in one go?

Yes, you can order as many items as you like in a single order. All items will be delivered together in one shipment, and you’ll pay in cash for the total amount upon delivery.
